Which address to use
- Support, billing and sales: hello@crawlradar.xyz. Include the website you added, so the answer can start from your own data.
- Privacy and account deletion: privacy@crawlradar.xyz. The privacy policy lists what is stored and who processes it.
- A quick hello: the founder is on X as @buildwithiliass and on GitHub.
Before you write
Most setup questions are answered in the guides. The AI crawler tracking guide covers the collector and the tag, and the pricing page explains how pageviews are counted. Reviews on the Chrome Web Store listing are read too, but email gets a faster answer.

Who answers CrawlRadar support email?
Iliass El Barhoumi, the founder. There is no support team or ticket queue in between, so a reply comes from the person who wrote the code.
How do I delete my CrawlRadar account?
From the Account page, at any time. It cancels any subscription and removes your websites, everything recorded for them, your saved scans and your login at once. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@crawlradar.xyz from the address on the account.
Where do I report a bug in the Chrome extension?
Email hello@crawlradar.xyz with the page you scanned and what you expected to see. The extension runs the same scoring engine as the website, so a scan of the same URL on the free GEO score checker is often the quickest way to show the difference.
