They answer different questions: Google Search Console is Google's own reporting for its own index, and it tells you impressions, clicks and average position for the queries Google shows you — but not anything happening inside an AI answer, including Google AI Overviews. CrawlRadar measures the page-side properties an answer engine reads, and its Pulse collector reports the AI crawler hits that never appear in Search Console because those crawlers do not run JavaScript.
